At Peptaro, our top priority is to provide you with a smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free shopping experience. From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives, we're committed to delivering quality products and reliable service.
Where Does Peptaro Ship From?
Peptaro maintains regional warehouses in the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- If your product is available in a regional warehouse, it will be shipped domestically with no customs clearance required, ensuring faster delivery.
- If the product is temporarily out of stock in your local warehouse, it will be shipped directly from Peptaro's manufacturing facility in China. A separate tracking number will be provided, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
- Orders containing multiple products may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Our fulfillment team will begin preparing your order as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 0–1 business day whenever possible.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes, but only before your order has been shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We charge a flat shipping fee of $13.99 for most orders.
FREE Shipping is available on all orders over $300.
Every shipment includes:
- Professional packaging
- Tracking information
- Shipping protection within the United States
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment has been successfully received.
Our shipping schedule:
- Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Daily shipping cutoff: 3:00 PM EST
- Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
My Package Shows Delivered, But I Haven't Received It
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check around your front door, mailbox, garage, or other safe locations.
- Ask family members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Contact your local post office or delivery carrier for additional information.
FedEx and UPS may provide:
- GPS delivery confirmation
- Delivery photo confirmation
If necessary, we will gladly assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
Once the carrier confirms successful delivery through GPS records and/or photographic evidence, Peptaro is no longer responsible for the package.
Our shipping insurance covers packages lost during transit, but unfortunately does not cover packages stolen after confirmed delivery. If theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local authorities and opening a case with the carrier.
Is Your Shipping Discreet?
Absolutely.
We value your privacy.
All orders are shipped in plain USPS or UPS packaging with no indication of the contents.
The return sender information will simply appear as:
SHIPPING MANAGER
to ensure complete privacy and discreet delivery.
Shipping Delays
If your shipment experiences an unexpected delay, one of our customer support specialists will proactively contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
We'll explain the reason for the delay, provide updated delivery information, and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
